Be Not Afraid: John Paul II, Evangelical Catholicism, and Our Common Christian Witness in Canada Today

Join us on March 17, 2015 at 7:30pm in North York, Ontario.

Step back into Canada's history. In 2002, Pope John Paul II led his last World Youth Day in Toronto. Hear the world's leading scholar on His Holiness in the very location that he visited that year.

In conversation with Fr. Raymond J. de Souza, George Weigel will speak on Saint John Paul II's visit to Canada in 2002, his death in 2005, his role in reshaping history behind the Iron Curtain, and his vision for how Evangelicals and Catholics together can offer a bold joint witness in a secular age.
